Ownership of Data and Consent
You are the owner of your data. By confirming your consent in the course of creating an account, downloading and/or accessing and/or using any part of the MEGAMAN® products and services, including MEGAMAN® social media channels, you agree to grant to MEGAMAN® a non-exclusive right to handle your data, including Personal Data, according to the terms set out in this Policy.
What Data we collect
Account and Profile Information: We collect information about you when you create a support account or use our products and services. Information we collect may include your name, address, country, email address, IP address, time log, phone number and product ID numbers.
Other Submissions: We collect other data that you may submit to our services or to us directly, such as when you request customer support, sign up for a mailing list, or communicate with us via email or social media sites.
How and why we collect Personal (and other types of) Data
Usage Data: We record certain information and store it in log files when you interact with our services. This information may include internet protocol (IP) address, URLs of referring/exit pages, information you search for, locale, and mobile device type. We and our analytics providers also collect and store analytics information when you use our services to help us improve our services.

CCTV: If you visit our premises, for security reasons we might also record your presence through video or other electronic surveillance system or device (e.g. CCTV).

Our services are not intended for anyone under the age of 16 (‘Children’). We will not, therefore, knowingly collect Personal Data from Children. If you are a parent/guardian and you are aware that your Children have provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected the Personal Data of Children, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers.
What are your responsibilities and What are your Choices
Your Responsibilities. It is your responsibility to ensure that the data you provide us with are accurate, complete and up-to-date.
Accessing your personal data – you are entitled to receive a copy of the personal data we hold about you. We will require the request to be accompanied by proof of identity to ensure that we are providing data to the right person.
Length of Retaining Data. We will retain your data to fulfill the purposes for which it has been collected or for as long as you use our services, and for a reasonable time thereafter or as required by law.
Opt-Out. If you would like us to delete data that has been provided by you, you can contact us to opt-out and erase your record. Some or all of the user provided data is required when using our services. Should you wish us to delete such data we might not be able to provide services to you anymore.
Data-Portability. We can only provide you with a copy of the personal data we hold about you, you have the right to provide such information to other organizations.
We reserve the right to make changes to this Policy from time to time. We will notify you on our website or via email that changes will be made to this Policy, that the amendments may be viewed and become effective.
